What People Are Saying
“Stay-at-Home Yoga is exactly the thing I needed to bust my excuses for not committing to a yoga practice. I’m continually amazed by how much better my body and mind feels after I practice.
Jen’s the perfect teacher to help you stop making excuses and grant yourself permission to slow down in a world that glorifies being busy.”
~Nicole, Owner NCO Style
“What I find so brilliant about what Jennifer has done is that she has truly brought all of the benefits of the yoga studio to your own home. To be able to have time again to care for my body, mind and spirit when I am so very busy is huge to me.”
~ Becca, Knittymama
“I’ll be honest; I have always thought that yoga was a bunch of new age mumbo jumbo (and thus had no desire to try it). Living in a foreign country with a 2 and 4 year old, though, I found myself desperate for an exercise program I could do both at home and in English. After looking at the website a handful of times, I finally decided to try one session. I.am.hooked. These are exactly what I have been looking for, and even more so! I was a complete novice, but Jen made me feel at ease from the beginning. I can’t stop recommending it to friends! Without trying, I’ve become so aware of seemingly every muscle in my body, giving me confidence in areas I never knew I could have confidence in.”

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m a yoga newbie! Are Stay-at-Home Yoga classes appropriate for me?
Absolutely! I teach poses progressively, first sharing the most basic alignment information. Then, I add layers of complexity for more experienced students.
There is another human growing in my belly right now. Do you offer prenatal modifications?
Congratulations! I sure do. In fact, you’ll notice I was pregnant for the filming of many of the Stay-at-Home Yoga classes!
Do I need any yoga props?
You do need a sticky yoga mat, but you can be creative with the other props. (A long scarf can be used as a yoga strap. Couch cushions make a good bolster.)
I’d like to give a Stay-at-Home Yoga membership as a gift. Do you offer gift certificates?
We sure do! You can purchase membership gift certificates here.
Tell me about your certifications, Jen. Are you the real deal?
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I’m also a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, and I have completed prenatal yoga training.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to become a member?
Nope! Simply select the link that says “No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card” under the PayPal login section. (Just a heads up, for verification purposes, it may take a few hours to activate your Stay-at-Home Yoga Membership if you are not using your PayPal account.)
Is there a long term commitment required? What if I want to cancel my membership?
